Front Desk Receptionist Job at Stephen Wade Auto Center
Entry-level full-time position. Work at the largest auto group in Southern Utah. Be the welcoming face that greets our customers when they come into our showrooms. Transfer incoming calls to the proper extensions and help make our customers feel welcome while they explore their options to purchase a car.
Strong customer service skills are required. Attention to detail is very important. Administrative/computer basic skills and good phone etiquette are a must. We are willing to train the person with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
This is an entry-level position. Schedule flexible including every other Saturday a full day. We are closed on Sundays.
Responsibilities:
Assure incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handle deliveries
Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information
Book travel arrangements and prepare itineraries so off-site meetings go smoothly
Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties
Schedule appointments and ensure the business calendar is accurate and up-to-date
Qualifications:
At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills
High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
