The Lighthouse Inn and Carriage House is a small business in York, ME. Our goal is to provide a memorable vacation experience for all of our guests who come to visit York Beach, Maine!.
The Lighthouse Inn and Carriage House is looking for 1 Full Time employee to join our Front Desk Team for the 2023 vacation season! Season begins May 5th through October 28th.
Shifts Available:
Monday 7:45am - 3:00pm / Tuesday 7:45 - 4:00pm / Wednesday 7:45 - 4:00pm / Thursday 7:45am - 3:00pm / Friday 7:45am - 3:00pm / Saturday 7:30am - 2:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Work with phone, in person, and internet to answer questions.
- Provide customer service to visitors and employees.
- Listen proficiently to customers' concerns and respond in a helpful manner.
- Distribute mail to appropriate departments or individuals.
- Book reservations for customers and employees.
- Provide Check in and Check out services for guests.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
