Our facility offers medium size group training classes where trainers create fun yet challenging classes for our clients. Our exercise programs can range from strength training, to HIIT, to Boxing, circuit training, Competition prep and body building programs.
Our gym is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Administrator to drive sales and support our mission of helping our clients achieve their fitness goals. As a Retail Sales Administrator, you will engage with customers both online and in person, providing outstanding customer service and sharing your knowledge of our gym memberships, supplements, and apparel.
If hired for this position, you will be coaching and working with clients in our facilities right away. Our hours of operation are in the mornings and evenings.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers online and in person to drive sales and promote our gym memberships, supplements, and apparel.
- Greet customers warmly and by name, ensuring that every customer feels welcome and valued.
- Respond promptly to customers’ inquiries through online channels and phone calls, providing accurate information and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Document sales and customer interactions in our CRM system, creating and updating customer profiles as needed.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, accepting a variety of payment methods.
- Alert management of any potential security issues or concerns.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise and ensuring that inventory levels are sufficient to meet demand.
- Keep our clients informed of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
- Keep up to date with social media trends and understanding of how to create content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to promote our gym products and services, engaging with customers and potential clients through various social media channels.
- Work with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and materials that support sales goals.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products or services.
Qualifications :
- General knowledge about Fitness, Nutrition and Supplements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers. (You must LOVE working with people!)
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on creating positive interactions with every customer.
- Professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to time manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- 2-5 years of experience in retail sales administration, with a strong understanding of sales processes and administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and other sales software.
Bonus Skills : If you have these additional skills, your resume will go right to the top of the stack (but if you don't have these skills, you should still apply because these are not mandatory).
