REQUIREMENTS
- Be 21 years of age.
- 2 - 3 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
- Have knowledge of service and food and beverage, generally involving at least three years of front-of-the-house operations or assistant management positions.
- Possess excellent basic math skills and accounting skills
- Experience operating/maintaining a POS system and basic computer literacy skills.
