We are seeking a capable individual for the position of Front Of House Manager. The ideal candidate is able to work under pressure, multitask effectively and establish an environment in which our guests feel welcome and leave with a great experience. The successful applicant will have restaurant industry experience, and an understanding of both customer service protocol and various aspects of food safety and handling.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the front of house staff.
- Manage restaurant operations.
- Handle customer complaints and manage customer service issues.
- Oversee the cash management and inventory control of the restaurant.
- Operate a point of sale system.
- Manage scheduling of staff.
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations.
Requirements:
Previous restaurant experience
Preferred:
Previous restaurant management experience

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
