Front of House Team Member Job at Lombardi Restaurant Group
Looking to add servers, hosts and busses/supports to our dynamic team. A fast-paced & fun restaurant located in Uptown Hoboken is gearing up for a busy Summer season! You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you.
- Availability on nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to keep a positive, friendly attitude when engaging with customers.
Support/Bussers:
- The ability to work on your feet for long periods of time.
- Maintain a clean work environment throughout the shift, and assist with clean-up at the end of the night.
Hosts:
- Greet customers at the door and seat them promptly, providing them with accurate wait times as needed.
- Take incoming calls, answer any customer inquiries, and schedule reservations.
Servers:
- Provide guests with menus, and take initial drink orders.
- Wine knowledge preferred; willing to train the right people.
