We are looking for a candidate to fill the front desk receptionist position at our growing organization. The receptionist will help to set the tone for our office and guide interactions with clients, as well as help to maintain an organized and efficient environment. The right candidate will be a team player who is committed to excellence and success, someone who can balance multiple priorities, handle multiple tasks and manage an array of personalities.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones.
- Participate in meetings.
- Enter data into computer.
- File documents.
- Conduct mailings.
- Answer email.
- Handle transportation and travel arrangements.
- Prepare expense reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $28.00 per hour
