QC Kinetix (South Florida) - Non-surgical regeneration Miami, FL
QC Kinetix is a non-surgical regenerative medicine practice with 180 clinics across the United States. Our goal is to help patients with arthritis, sports related injuries and chronic joint pain, without the use of surgery, steroids, or pain meds.
QC Kinetix is excited to announce an opening in our Miami-Dade/South Broward area clinics for a Front Office Coordinator/Receptionist.
Our current clinics are located in Doral, Coral Gables, North Miami Beach (Aventura) and Pembroke Pines. Each clinic is currently open only 1 day per week and travel to each clinic is required. Must be able to arrive to the clinic by 7:30 am, although some days it will be a bit later.
Qualifications:
· Office Manager/Patient Coordinator/Customer service/receptionist experience required
· Ability to speak fluent English and Spanish is required
· Microsoft Office Proficient
· 1 year minimum experience in a related healthcare industry based environment
· Basic computer skills required
· Outgoing, friendly personality
· Ability to stay organized and proactive in a fast-paced environment
· Experience to fill out credit applications for patients using 3rd party financing options
· Ability to interact with staff in a team environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $175.00 - $225.00 per day
