We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Front Desk Receptionist team. The successful candidate will gain experience that can be applied at other venues and will provide excellent customer service to clients. Our Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for answering phones and greeting guests, as well as arranging appointments and tours. This position offers excellent communication skills, the chance to learn about the tourist industry, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls.
- Greet guests.
- Assist guests with their needs.
- Compose email replies.
- Update software and hardware in the office.
- Purchase office supplies.
- Receive and process packages for shipping.
- Answer questions about office policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
