VitalCheck Wellness is looking for an experienced Front Office Manager to work full time in a outpatient clinic at a global wealth-management firm located in Atlanta, GA. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in working with a new model wellness clinic where you will have the ability to be part of the process.

VitalCheck Wellness is working with employers and local hospital systems to bring doctors to the workplace to offer higher-quality preventive care wellness checks. By providing primary care in the work place, we are able to make preventive care more convenient for the employee. With this model, employees can then be assisted in scheduling referrals and being provided follow-up care coordination.

Responsibilities:


  • First friendly face that greets patients upon entry of health center.
  • Collecting data to monitor trends at the health center and providing input on adjustments needed based on trends seen.
  • Providing high level of concierge service for every patient entering the health center.
  • Taking initiative to create spreadsheets and troubleshoot problems.
  • Follow-up care coordination and scheduling appointments/referrals.
  • Creation of engagement activities for patients and event planning.
  • Office management duties such as; inventory management, maintaining patient and provider workflow, etc.
  • Referral management including calling insurance companies to confirm coverage.
  • Input and upload results data into the computer.
  • Work cohesively with related team members to develop and implement procedures and policies for a newly established clinic.
  • Effectively communicate with all employees presenting to the clinic.

Requirements:

Ideal candidate will have experience working in a position(s) where they have made a positive impact on engagement from the community they work in (patients, patrons, etc). Candidate will be required to complete 2 projects (one in data representation and one in event planning) prior to hire. Ideal candidate will be creative and motivated to continuously work on improving the health center experience.

  • Experience working in hospitality/ concierge service (highly desired)
  • Experience working in clinical setting (preferred).
  • Highly proficient in using spreadsheets (Excel and Google Doc) and OfficeSuite.
  • Must have the ability to troubleshoot issues with minimal guidance where appropriate.
  • Must be highly proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • General understanding of medical terminology (preferred).
  • Experience as a medical receptionist or medical assistant with call and scheduling experience (preferred).
  • Phlebotomy experience a bonus.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including booster shot).
  • Commute to Atlanta, GA 30306.
