We are a fast casual, counter service restaurant in Forest Hills specializing in poke bowls and bubble teas.
FT Position Available.
We're looking for someone with a :
- 1+ year of prep and restaurant experience required
- possess or can get the nyc food handlers license within 30 days of hiring
- must be comfortable with prep and knife, no cooking involved
- experience with FIFO method of inventory
- able to multi-task and able to work and excel in a fast paced environment
- professional and honest work ethics
Responsibilities include:
- prep and kitchen work as needed, no cooking involved
- fish and salmon prep
- inventory management and making inventory lists at the end of the shift
- dishwashing and general cleaning as needed
- maintain a clean workspace
- able to lift up to 50lbs
- general responsibilities to help out as needed
Full Time position. 10am to 5pm. 6 days a week. Free meal every shift. Tips split with FOH crew.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
