Technology Stack

As a key member of our team, you will take ownership of key areas of Japan Rabbit or Blackship and be responsible for ensuring their success.

• We use Typescript.

• We use Vue.js for our frontend and Node, Hasura, Postgres, and GCP on the backend.

• We use Sanity for CMS.

As a Full Stack Engineer at White Rabbit, you will:

• Collaborate with our founder and other team members on exciting projects, as well as work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions. You will be a key member of our operations team, helping to quickly address urgent issues and ensure that our products are running smoothly.

• As a full-stack engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving a variety of products, including customer-facing interfaces, backend systems, databases, micro-services, third-party APIs, and hardware devices. You will write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure the quality and reliability of your code.

• In addition to writing high-quality code, you will also be responsible for documenting the systems you build and maintain. You will take ownership of your work and see it through to successful deployment in production. This is a hands-on role that offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact on our company and our customers.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience working in TypeScript, NodeJs, and ES6

• Experience with UI frameworks such as Vue or React, or similar

• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL

• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure

• Experience working with high-growth tech startups

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Hasura and GraphQL

• A strong understanding of DevOps methodology

• Knowledge of Material Design or similar UI component frameworks (such as Vuetify)

• Expertise in web application security

• Experience with static site generators and building serverless applications

• Familiarity with code-testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or similar.
