We are hiring a Full Time Propane Field Service Technician in PIPESTONE, MN to sell and install propane equipment and provide related services. Our ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is self-motivated, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
This position could be based out of TRACY, MN or MARSHALL, MN as well.

Responsibilities
Safely install or repair propane related equipment according to federal and state codes.- Make proper recommendations of propane and services to customers to their requirements and promote CHS products and services.
- Invoice all products and services accurately as they are delivered or sold.
- Grow and maintain current market share through prompt delivery of all products and regular communication with current customer base.
- Perform propane and equipment installation, repair, and delivery work as required by local, state, and federal regulations.
- Attend training sessions to stay current with petroleum industry safety and operational standards.
- Work extended hours and be on-call as needed to meet seasonal sales demands.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
CETP certifications, or ability to obtain.- CDL with hazmat, airbrake, and tank endorsement or ability to obtain.
- Must pass a DOT required physical and drug screen, meeting DOT/company requirements.
- Must have a good understanding of computer and mobile technology.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Ability to work additional hours and be on call as needed.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, walk, sit, bend, and kneel throughout shift.
- Ability to work in weather above and below normal temperatures.
Additional Qualifications
Hazardous materials endorsement helpful.- Experience selling/delivering propane helpful, not required.
- Propane equipment installation experience helpful, not required.
