sGHR Search is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join a reputable skilled nursing facility in the Philadelphia, PA area. Full time openings for 11pm-7am and also 3pm-11pm RN Supervisor. Join an established and tenured leadership team that priorities patient care over everything!
Pay Rates: $55-65/hr, based on experience! + $10,000 sign on bonus!

Shifts Available:
· 3pm-11pm Full Time RN Supervisor
· 11pm-7am Full Time RN Supervisor
Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Directs nursing care in accordance with philosophy and standards of gerontological care.
- Makes daily resident care rounds
- Develops daily nursing assignments to include medications, treatments and resident care assignments, monthly staffing patterns, daily charting and checklists as necessary, and writes end-of-shift report daily.
- Prepares a nursing care plan on each resident and reviews it at the weekly multidisciplinary care plan meeting.
- Assesses outcomes and implements appropriate revisions if needed.
- Supervises and evaluates performance of each staff member.
- Insures adequate and accurate documentation on all aspects of each resident’s plan of care and progress.
- Implements nursing assessments of residents for MDS and offers input into resident level of care.
- Responsible for employee counseling, discipline, performance appraisal, and recommends employee selection, promotion, transfer, and termination in collaboration with Director of Nursing and long-term care policies.
Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) Qualifications:
- Graduate of an approved School of Nursing is required
- Must have an active and unencumbered RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
