We are looking to grow & enhance our Five time President Award winning Lincoln team. We have immediate openings for motivated candidates to join our team. Looking for Sales & Internet Consultants. MUST have a "serve" mentality. Consumer experience is of primary importance.
We offer a small team oriented environment that does not have the typical cut throat sales type environment.
New Car Pay Plan:
Communicate effectively in-person, over the phone, via email, text, and social media etc. to discover the wants and needs of clients. Diligent follow up is a must.
Proactively consult & guide clients to the appropriate next step in the sales process as well as thorough explanation of vehicles features.
Consistent use and successful navigation of provided selling tools and industry specific programs and training.
Follow up with potential prospects, incoming internet leads and sold clients
Maintain brand specific training and certification requirements.
Qualifications: Must have a service oriented mentality with the ability to provide an exceptional experience and build a client base of repeat business.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

We offer a small team oriented environment that does not have the typical cut throat sales type environment.
New Car Pay Plan:
- $400 minimum commission or 15% of gross profit. Store unit, gross & quarterly bonuses
- Manufacturer bonus ranging from $150 to $350 per new unit paid on quarterly basis
- Pre-Owned offers $200 minimum commission or 30% of gross profit
- $500 Weekly Draw with settle up on the 10th of the following month
- Split shifts of 9-6 or 10-7 during the week with Saturday schedule of 9-6
- Currently Closed Sundays but might reopen in the future
