Job Description
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing process
- Execute administrative tasks, including document uploading and retrieval.
- Managing and processing financial
- Perform other job related duties as required
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, and any reports assigned as needed
- Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
- Keep records and reports up to date
- Help maintain the budget plan
Salary: $65,000 to $70,000 yearly
Qualifications
Additional Information
- Accounting, Finance or a related field required
- Logistic AR/AP experience preferrred
- SAP and Quickbook experience required
- Strong knowledge of financial, cost and management accounting principles
- Organization, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
