Restaurant Manager team members provide their expertise in helping our restaurant teams WOW our customers each day. They provide support and resources that help keep our restaurants operating every day. We’re a group of people passionate about the food we serve, who we are as a company and how we work as a team. And most importantly we like to have fun! Responsibilities include:
Managing profit & loss, by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members, conducts performance appraisals, takes disciplinary action, motivates and trains.
Managing food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
