The Manager position is responsible for overseeing the company operations, maintaining a positive and supportive environment for employees - while providing an exceptional example of dedication, professionalism and teamwork. Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills are required. The Manager is responsible for ensuring the company upholds it's high quality customer experience and service. They will be looked to as a key decision maker and forward thinker to ensure achievement of our goals and mission as a company.

Key functions:

• Oversee GMC operations, all employees, crews and sub contractors
• Lead and direct key initiatives to continue to drive business forward
• Execute accounting aspects for business including payables and receivables using Quickbooks Online
• Provide payroll, tax and worker’s compensation data to ADP
• Invoicing
• Review job quotes
• Provide support to front office for scheduling and ordering
• Maintain excellent relations with vendors
• Interview and manage new hires, assist in recruiting
• Oversee health insurance
• Report to and keep consistent communications / briefing with owners

Experience in the home improvement, renovation, construction industry and Quickbooks Online preferred - not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,487.00 - $66,414.00 per year
