General Manager:

Kleener Image is looking for a talented and competitive General Manager that thrives in a fast-paced environment. As General Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and success of your market and team. You will be a part of a team that's goal is to provide contractors and retail customers with quality products while focusing relentlessly on customer service. You will understand that leadership is as much about listening and coaching as it is about managing.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the hiring, development, and organization of the sales + operations + delivery team
• Oversee and guide day-to-day sales and operations
• Execute sales training and orientation for new hires
• Conduct performance reviews to ensure sales reps and managers are on track to deliver monthly and quarterly sales
• Analyze sales to evaluate sales strategies and product offerings
• Establish and maintain key customer relationships
• Schedule and coordinate delivery of product to customers
• Assist yard personnel with orders when needed

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of landscape product knowledge. Sales experience preferred.
• Experience building and managing a team
• Team-oriented, highly motivated, self-starter with an ability to seek out new opportunities and develop new accounts
• Familiarity with industry related equipment: Forklift, Wheel Loader
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
• Strong written, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate people
• Flexible mindset and the ability to adapt to change easily
