Job description: We are looking for a General Manager for our East Hampton location!

This role requires excellent communication and organization skills. You have at least 3-4 years’ experience in the Fashion Retail industry at a management level, be a target-driven, have a very clear understanding of KPI's and be able to provide an excellent customer service. As the General Manager you manage the sales team to maximize profit opportunities for the store, you train, you track the performance and coach to achieve all KPI’s. You have a second in charge to develop as well as the sales persons. You are responsible to ensure all company procedures and standards are adhered to. You are able to deliver quality reports to both department store and Zadig & Voltaire head office. You Inspire the whole team to deliver a high standard of customer service and demonstrate the Zadig & Voltaire spirit.
