General Manager Hampton Rehoboth Beach - Franchise
Palmer Gosnell Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated and passionate General Manager for our Hampton Inn by Hilton - Rehoboth Beach DE. The General Manager oversees all aspects of the hotel operations including guest relations, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, finances, team building, and staff development. He or she will be responsible for keeping the establishment efficient and profitable.
Work ExperienceResponsibilities: * Review staff performance and establish accountability to ensure brand and company standards and procedures are met * Establish property goals and provide feedback to motivate employees * Create a friendly, professional, and productive work environment * Adequately train all employees and schedule/assign duties/shifts * Interview and hire staff and complete annual performance reviews * Initiate disciplinary, or other staff-related actions in accordance with company rules and policies. * Engage with guests to establish outstanding service levels and enable problem resolution * Inspect hotel for cleanliness and appearance. * Analyze competitors and monitor the local market to maximize profitability and sales opportunities * Establish cost control procedures. * Analyze financial information and establish efficient reporting & communication with the Management Company. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of AGM or GM experience with a major brand * Strong Verbal and Written Communication skill * Strong Employee Relations and Leadership Skills * Outstanding Customer Service Skills * Computer & Basic Accounting Skills * Stable work history with a career path in hospitality * Flexible schedule - the business is open 24/7!
