Jet's Pizza is a quick-service, casual Detroit Style Pizza chain, based out of Michigan and we are taking over NYC! We just opened our 4th NYC location and are in search of a dynamic leader to help make a big impact in our growing company as our next General Manager.

The right candidate for the General Manager in Training role is passionate about customer service and pays the closest attention to detail. Our pizza became famous because we don't cut corners and we never have. You won't either.

Job Requirements Include:

-Making all scheduled shifts, on time, and without excuses.

-Ability to engage with customers in a polite and professional manner.

-At least 3 years of management in a quick service restaurant/environment.

-Moves with a sense of urgency.

-Follows all rules by the book and lead by example

-This position requires the ability to work with different kind of personalities, with the ultimate goal of bringing out the best in everyone on the team.

-Weekend and Holiday shifts are required

You will be responsible for

-Ensuring that a dynamic guest experience is at the forefront of all we do.

-Learning about Staffing, scheduling, coaching, and developing a strong team.

-Strategic planning, forecasting sales, and meeting financial obligations of profitability.

-Maintaining excellent health and safety standards as per DOH requirements
