We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Manufacturing/Industrial factory experience
- Safety 1st work behavior
- Solid work history
- Ability to work up to 12 hours shifts and weekends as required
- Ability to read a tape measure and utilize hand tools and gauges
- Computer competency
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to pass a standardized math and reading test
- Ability to pass a Physical Abilities Test
- Experience working in a team-based environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to walk several miles per shift, stand for long periods, pull, reach, stoop, kneel, climb, sit to operate forklift (other movements as needed to perform essential functions of the position)
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
- Ability to pass a Physical Abilities Test
- Good eye-hand coordination
- Good hearing and sight
