Job Description
The HR Generalist position will perform the following duties:
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1 year of Human Resources experience
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Education: Bachelors
Human Resources, Business Administration
Experience: 3-5 years
Human Resources responsibilities for recruiting, community outreach, employee relations, training and development. Prior knowledge and understanding on compensation and benefits.

Job Description
The HR Generalist position will perform the following duties:
- Recruiting for open positions including advertising, screening and interviewing; criminal background checks, drug tests, physical abilities testing, motor vehicle reports and reference checks
- Conducting new hire orientation
- Maintains payroll timekeeping system and processing of payroll
- Maintains all local personnel records, including training and attendance records; workers comp reports and OSHA logs
- Assisting with benefit issues
- Addresses employee relations
