The Graduate Medical Education (GME) analyst is a key member of the GME team, performing key administrative, budgetary, and committee support functions. Reporting to the Director of GME, you will provide high-level executive administrative support to the Associate Dean for GME, the Director of GME, and the GME executive team. In this role, you will carry responsibilities critical to the administration of the program accreditation process for the institution, including individual residencies and fellowships. Accreditation responsibilities require an understanding of the components needed for ongoing Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) requirements, including the internal review process, site visit-related meetings, mock site visits, and other processes related to ACGME accreditation. You will be responsible for scheduling and coordination of accreditation-related matters and for assisting the GME Housestaff office in the coordination of resident training, onboarding, and reimbursement, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the GME office. You must be able to navigate required financial systems, and residency management systems, and oversee assignment and compliance of LCME requirements for house staff. Salary Range: $24.28-$48.04 Hourly

Qualifications

* Candidate must be proficient in working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment requiring strong teamwork and collaborative skills as well as the ability to adapt to shifting and/or competing priorities and multiple deadlines despite frequent interruptions. * Able to initiate and maintain positive, cooperative relationships with coworkers, managers, supervisors, customers/clients, vendors, and members of the public. * · Self-starting, self-directed, resourceful, flexible, proactive, ability to synthesize information quickly and accurately, and motivated in performing and excelling in all job responsibilities. * · Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Windows operating environment and openness to new and evolving technology and technological solutions. * · Treat confidential information appropriately and maintain FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) certification as appropriate, maintain compliance with all institutionally required trainings. * · Uphold the tenets of the Cultural North Star (Do What's Right, Make Things Better, Be Kind. * · Familiarity or experience in medical education, health professions education, and/or an academic environment. * · Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience. * · Must be able to or learn to navigate required financial systems, and residency management systems, and oversee assignment and compliance of LCME requirements for house staff.
