714WEB is a digital marketing agency with a focus on custom web design and marketing, with a passion to serve clients and create and implement the highest quality marketing products in the industry.

We are seeking a committed individual, dedicated to success, to grow with us in a Web and Graphic Design Position, With a Heavy Emphasis on Branding Psychology.

We serve over 200 clients across the US and Canada by providing the highest quality websites and digital marketing services. Our business model is based on website sales that generate revenue through the initial sale and ongoing maintenance, as well as recurring digital marketing services that generate revenue for the client. We succeed when they succeed. Therefore, commitment to overcoming obstacles and succeeding for and with our clients is vital to our success. Web and Graphic Design Position Details:

Day to day tasks, upon completion of free on the job (paid) training, include involvement, management of, or assistance in some or all the following categories:

• Required: 5 years experience with Responsive Design for Web, Graphic Design, and Design for Marketing in General
• Proficient in Graphic design - for placement in web pages, PDF’s, Reports, Presentations, Social media, etc
• Proficient with adobe XD - The Majority of the job will be creating new website mockups in XD to be handed off to development
• Solid understanding of industry standards for design
• Solid understanding of Design’s role within branding
• Solid understanding of color psychology
• Ability to create conceptual designs, based on branding, marketing and sales strategy
• Ability to take criticism, from clients, peers and leaders
• Strong Organizational Skills and attention to detail required
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Teamwork, Monday.com, slack, etc
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Understanding of optimizing images for the web
• Solid understanding of the difference between web fonts and print fonts

The Company Performs Tasks internally and for our Clients, Involving the following, experience with graphics as it overlaps would be a plus.

You Are NOT required to be proficient in all these:

-Social Media Paid ads

-Google Paid Ads

-Marketing Materials

-Journey.io presentations

-Slide Shows for Conference style presentations

-Educational graphics for training purposes

-Graphics for Marketing Videos

This is a work from home position, requiring approximately 20-30 hours a week. We’ll likely offer more than 30 hours per week upon completion of training, offered but not required.

Minimum four hour per day commitment, five days a week.

Pay according to experience.

Experience in Real Estate, Campgrounds, Restaurants, and or Legal Firms is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

-An individual who is looking to grow with company (300% growth year over year)

-Working knowledge Teamwork Projects, or equivalent online project management system

-Working knowledge of marketing agency systems and processes

-Basic working knowledge of WordPress (able to make small changes)

-Experience with large scale web development solutions

-Familiarity with real estate companies is desired (this is our current niche)

SubContractor Requirements Include:

-Reliable cell phone and high-speed internet connection for Zoom calls

-Based in the United States

-Ability to communicate clearly and successfully with non-tech savvy clients and team members, and left brain-oriented developers

-Attend weekly team meetings and daily check ins

-Knowledge of Basic Marketing Concepts

-Ability to utilize and or learn how to utilize online digital marketing tools and resources

-Slack, Google workspace (gmail for business)
