Join our dynamic and growing Studio! We're looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our brand new Spring Summer team – which includes (Bubbles, Chalk, Outdoor games, and more). Our Studio is composed of six distinct teams, each with a unique focus. Our existing teams include four category teams (Create, Toys, Impulse, and Games), a Licensing team, and a Mockup/Prototype team. Our Studio boasts a talented team of 20+ designers, a 3D designer, a Mockup team, and a photographer.

The Role and Responsibilities

As a junior designer, you'll play a key role in helping us develop and execute design concepts across a range of products and projects. You'll work closely with lead designer and cross-functional teams to ensure that our designs are of the highest quality and meet our customers' needs.

Responsibilities:

Work with lead designer to develop and execute design concepts across a range of products.

Help the lead designer with training and mentoring of junior designers. Which may include assigning tasks, providing feedback, and helping keep deadlines.

Complete production artwork by adding all necessary warnings and compliance information.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet quality and brand standards, and align with the company's vision and goals.

Conduct research and stay up to date with industry trends to ensure that our designs are innovative and competitive.

Support the development of presentation materials.

Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions with the design and sales team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, industrial design, or a related field.

Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, and color.

Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative design solutions.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Eagerness to learn and grow as a designer.
