As a graphic media designer supporting the Claims People Development team, you’ll be responsible for the visual design and execution of several aligned programs and development initiatives. You’ll work closely with our internal team and Claims leaders on visual learning solutions, ranging from infographics to job aids and presentations to more technical solutions as well. In this position, you’ll support individual, team, and leadership development and contribute to Claims-wide development-related initiatives. Roles and responsibilities will vary as this position establishes a roadmap and begins to deliver solutions.

This is a remote position.

Must-have qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Instructional Design or Media/Graphic Design or related field of study
  • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of five years’ work experience in graphic design, video production, instructional design/development, interface design, software, e-learning, programming, or related experience

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge of eLearning tools such as Lectora, Captivate, or similar tools
  • Demonstrated graphic design experience
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment with leaders, subject matter experts, and other team members with a strong ability to influence, negotiate, and consult
  • Experience developing eLearning, performance support solutions (such as job aids, demo videos, etc.) and learning solutions

Compensation

  • $74,900 - $99,800/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
