Morningstar Living is currently hiring a Groundskeeper for our Heritage Village residential living community in Upper Nazareth, PA. There are full-time and part-time opportunities with excellent benefits including paid time off, 401k, and much more!

What will I do as a Groundskeeper?

• Maintain all outside property in optimum condition during all seasons of the year.
• Mow the lawns, prune the bushes, trees, vines, and hedges, edge the walkways and give the grounds a manicured look.
• Design, plant and maintain flowerbeds by weeding and mulching.
• Assist with special landscaping or planting projects
• Maintain daily Pool logs in accordance the Department of Agriculture. Monitoring and adding pool chemicals as needed.
• Assist with all phases of snow and leaf removal
• Help with inside maintenance as requested

What do I need to in role of Groundskeeper?

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

• Must have a current, valid license in good standing.
• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in grounds/ landscape maintenance.
• Ability to operate various types of lawn and snow removal equipment.
• Honest, reliable, and responsible; able to work independently.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must possess self-direction in management of time, work and related activities.
