Nexeo HR is seeking a dedicated, hard-working individual to fill a groundskeeper position for a company in the Lehi, Utah area. Candidate must have a strong work ethic with the ability to work under little to no supervision. Previous experience is not required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the exterior upkeep and maintenance of the property
• Work with vendors to confirm that all preparatory work for properties is completed
• Assist the property manager in maintenance and improving the overall value of the property
• Keep supplies stocked and make orders for additional supplies needed

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and delegation skills
• Working knowledge and skillset of how to maintain apartments, grounds, and common areas
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to carry up to 50 lbs

Pay

$16-$18 per hour

Schedule

Day Shift | 9 AM - 6 PM | Monday – Friday
