Summary
What we’re looking for is someone who is organized, driven, excited to learn, and who wants to support a fast-paced revenue team with their day-to-day needs. They will help to manage and administer all Axcient’s revenue systems including Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, and ZoomInfo.
This position will report to the Senior Director of Growth Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Work cross functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Support team members to create and update reporting in revenue systems
- Support Sales and Marketing teams with low-level troubleshooting of systems issues
- Assist in requirements gathering and technical planning for system upgrades and improvements
- Assist in creating training and technical documentation
- Level up your skills in administering revenue systems for long-term career growth
Who You Are
- A self-starter with a knack for understanding technology and solving complex problems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an advanced Excel user (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer Service and/or Technical Support experience is a plus
- Experience with any of Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, or similar tools is a BIG plus, but not a requirement
- The ideal candidate will reside in the greater Columbus, OH or Denver, CO area. This is a remote position, but they will require meeting with members of the team that reside in the Columbus area. Occasional travel to the Denver office may be required as well.
The estimated salary range for this position is : from $50,000 to $60,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary and will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
