The Defense of Guam (DoG) Risk and Opportunity (R/O) manager is responsible for ensuring consistent, efficient, and effective application of the risk and opportunity management (ROM) process across multiple contracts spanning multiple IWSS market segments and rolling up to the DoG level. Works with Program Managers, R/O Owners, Program Planners, Business Managers and Sr. Leadership to manage risks/opportunities for the DoG contracts through proper application of R/O identification, status, and escalation processes. Provide direct oversight and assessments of the adequacy of the existing R/O registries including calculations of quantifiable cost and schedule consequences and the likelihood of occurrence. Ensure Net Factored Risk (NFR) impacts are adequate and utilized across the DoG portfolio. Define, create, coordinate, and track monthly R/O metrics. Facilitate monthly internal and external Risk Boards between Risk/Opportunity owners, Program Managers, Business Managers, Program Planners, Program Directors, and the Customer. Support R/O training, continuous education, coordination with working groups and functional teams.
Basic Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; presentation skills; attention to detail.

Experienced with Earned Value Management (EVM) (e.g. control account manager) Development/Production Program

Experience Experienced in Proposal process and authoring Basis of Estimates, experience with ROADS R/O tool.

Project/Program Management Experience, Supply Chain Management Experience, Production Management Experience, Program Planner experience, Auditor experience. Ability to think critically, both qualitatively and quantitatively. Ability to collaborate with highly technical teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure. Tableau-demonstrated workflows and visualizations. Ability to work across business and functional organizations.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
