Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills; prior experience with Salonbiz and/or scheduling software preferred
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Cosmetology or Esthetics license preferred, but not required
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer all communications in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer inbound and outbound phone calls
- Schedule services for our Student Salon + Spa
- Educate guests on Aveda services and products
- Upsell and offer add on services
- Maintain student’s service, lunch, and break schedules
- Create a positive impact during every guest interaction
