Guest Service Agent Job at Courtyard by Marriott
We're looking for a Guest Service Agent who is passionate about creating an exceptional experience for our guests and helping them enjoy the unique offerings of our city. We're looking for a professional with excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to work hard in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate has previous experience dealing directly with guests, working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Evening Shifts - Vary from 3pm to 11pm, 5pm to 11pm, 12pm to 7pm
- Make reservations for customers.
- Answer customer questions about flight schedules and booking.
- Communicate with customers about travel itineraries and flight information.
- Converse with customers about airline policies.
- Solve customer problems.
- Manage customer complaints.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
