We are hiring 2 full-time Guest Services Representatives (GSRs) with exceptional customer service skills for the Ashley Ridge location of Spa Concepts AVEDA! We are a busy salon and day spa with two locations in Shreveport and one in Bossier City. We offer a fun and high energy work environment. Our stylists, service providers, and support staff are dedicated to trend, style, beauty, and wellness. We believe in impeccable customer service and we're backed by an amazing brand - AVEDA.

GSRs greet guests as they arrive and make our guests feel welcome and pampered during their visit to our day spa/salon. You are a key player in our mission to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences in a clean and relaxing atmosphere. We help our guests achieve inner and outer beauty. We place equal emphasis on making a profit, caring for our shared planet, and taking care of people.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests when they arrive and ensuring every guest has a 5-star experience every visit
• Answering phones in a professional and upbeat manner
• Making and managing appointments efficiently with a focus on prebooking
• Processing transactions
• Selling services and retail
• Stocking products
• Light cleaning

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a busy customer service environment, busy front desk position, or other related field
• Outgoing personality
• Detail-oriented nature
• Ability to build rapport with guests
• Strong organizational skills
• Computer literate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A passion for quality and a commitment to guest satisfaction
• Demonstrated track record of being dependable, honest, and trustworthy
• Ability to interact kindly and professionally with a wide variety of people, both coworkers and guests
• Have reliable transportation to and from work
• Experience with AVEDA, day spas, salons, or salon operating software is a plus but not required
