Burn Boot Camp is a trendsetting boutique fitness organization with over 300 studios throughout the United States. We are currently actively searching for one or two vibrant Gym Front Desk Burn Ambassadors to join our growing team at our Sun Prairie studio.
As a Gym Front Desk Burn Ambassador, you will be a part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of our members and trial guests daily! You will participate in the operation and success of a fast-paced fitness facility, build relationships with Burn members and the community in order to help maintain and build member base. You will be responsible for providing our members with the best client experience ever! Our culture focuses on Empowering, Inspiring, and Transforming the lives of our members through encouraging and motivating support from the staff as well as within the membership base.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Be an upbeat and welcoming demeanor as you are the first person the members see when they come in the door.
- Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasks.
- Be an integral part of meeting and greeting new people when they come in. Work closely with the trainers for a blue carpet experience for the new people.
- Selling memberships to help the gym thrive.
- Following up on leads and prospects.
- Mindbody responsibilities will include data integrity as it relates to contracts and members account info.
- Use and maintain to-dos and communication with members and prospects in our CRM system LoopSpark.
- Actively posting on social media pages.
- Have an active role in helping plan and participate in community and philanthropy events.
- Other tasks as assigned.
