Vista Verde Apartments at Coconut Creek Pompano Beach, FL 33063
Perform service requests to the satisfaction of residents, including a/c, plumbing, electrical, appliance, etc. repairs.
- Prepare apartments for new residents including painting, repairs, etc.
- Maintain grounds
- Promote safe environment for staff and residents
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience as a Maintenance Technician at a rental community
- Must be able to work weekends and rotate on call
- A positive customer service attitude
- Strong Communication Skills
- Well experienced plumbing, electrical, repair, and other maintenance
- Must have reliable transportation, preferable a truck or van
-Must have own tools
-Will be required to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
