Hawker - Gillette Stadium Job at NPS LLC
SUMMARY
Hawkers are responsible for selling a variety of products to our fans in the seating bowl.
RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide a high level of customer service to our seated customers
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed
- Serve alcohol in accordance with Stadium policies and procedures
- Continuously walk up and down the aisles selling product until everything is sold
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be 18 years of age
- Outgoing, friendly personality
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Ability to move 15- 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be able to work all mandatory stadium events
- Willing to work in inclement weather
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must be able to obtain passing score on the Team certification course
