Health Services Director duties include:

• Coordinate resident care ensuring they remain as independent as possible for as long as possible
• Provide outreach and support to families
• Oversee recruiting, hiring and training of health services team members
• Oversee team member recognition, engagement, scheduling and performance management
• Update and maintain the software with resident details including medications, family information and information
• Liaison with hospital personnel, physicians, community organizations and other health related service agencies to provide care to the residents.
• Participation on leadership team
• Maintain positive image for Community and Insight Living

Qualifications:

• RN or LPN
• 2 years experience, preferably in a supervisory/leadership role with quality assurance and teaching responsibilities
• Must be able to meet all state and local requirements for employment screening including drug and background screening including abuse registry for certain positions.
