As Regional Director of Operations for our skilled nursing facilities in Utah, you will have the opportunity to:

- Oversee the regional/multi-site operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.

We are seeking a highly experienced candidate who meets the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration in SNF/LTC
- Strongly preferred 2 years of regional experience in managing multiple skilled nursing facilities
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing facilities
- Proven track record of improving the financial and operational performance of skilled nursing facilities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel as needed
