ID: 47994056 Shift: Days 10 hours 40 hours GTD Description: A clinically competent professional who works collaboratively with RNs and physicians in the cardiology and radiology angiography suites to provide radiologic assistance for procedures.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Scrub and assist physicians during diagnostic/interventional angiographic procedures.Operates angiographic equipment to obtain and optimize diagnostic imaging.Responsible for sterile table set-up for specific angiographic/implant procedures.Competent to scrub procedures 1 to 2 of the following specialties: Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, Electrophysiology, Structural Heart, or Interventional Neuro-Radiology.Competency is determined by the successful completion of department orientation and contingent on team leader and management approval.
