SunPlus Data Group is seeking a Help Desk to work for a State Government facility in Ewing, NJ.
This is for 12 months to start and is likely to extend
Hours are generally M-F, 40 hrs/week
Pay is $30/hr W2 hourly or $34/hr 1099 (CTC)

It usually takes the State Government about 1-3 weeks to start interviews, to make you aware of the timeframe. The first interview will usually be via phone or WebEx.
JOB SUMMARY:
The State of NJ seeks a Help Desk with documented experience. The Help Desk will assist in all logistical functions for handling of IT equipment including receiving, inventory, warehousing, and distribution.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be able to lift and move a minimum of 50lbs
- Process surplus/obsolete desktop & laptop PCs and printers by removing hard drives and staging for disposal
- Assist in preparing and validating inventory for distribution/delivery and in loading vehicles
- Assist in transporting and delivering IT equipment statewide within New Jersey
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Experience assisting in conducting equipment inventory and in checking/confirming received equipment orders.
- Experience in lifting and moving up to 50lbs to assist in picking, moving, and loading IT equipment for delivery.
- Experience assisting in the processing and handling of obsolete IT hardware for disposal
- An Associate's Degree in any field from an accredited college or university
- Experience with State Government
