CALIBRE Systems Inc., an employee-owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is seeking a Help Desk Manager to join our Sustainable Range Program (SRP) team. The successful candidate must have prior Help Desk operations experience. The role will serve as the initial point of contact and will gather and analyze information about the SRP user’s issue to answer basic questions about access, functional and technical SRP use to determine the best way to resolve their problem. Assists users with navigating around SRP application menus and troubleshoot SRP SharePoint related issues. Will coordinate with and assist the DoD customer in executing SRP Help Desk support. Where necessary, provide detailed information to the CALIBRE SRP developer staff to determine an appropriate technical solution to the SRP problem reported. Be proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.



Required Skills

  • Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain a DoD clearance.
  • Proficient knowledge and understanding of Service Desk software and hardware technologies.
  • Must have experience using MS SharePoint software.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Have effective telephone and listening skills.
  • Outstanding customer skills, with the ability to empathize and professionally troubleshoot and resolve customer’s issues.
  • Must perform well as part of a team under direct supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Able to submit required weekly and monthly reports and other contract deliverables on time.
  • Ability to provide the development team with specific details (oral and written) on issue resulting in a technical solution or other course of action.

Desirables:

  • Previous help desk support experience.
