The ideal Help Desk Technician

Your core responsibilities

  • Process incoming internal calls and Help Desk tickets and troubleshoot issues
  • Install and configure applications and OS software and upgrades
  • Escalate complex high-priority problems to the System Administrator
  • Train end-users in the basic use of equipment and software
  • Fully track, communicate, and document all calls and request

Minimum must-haves

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years of help desk experience or educational equivalent
  • Certified with A + or Network + (preferred)
  • Strong Microsoft Office 365 acumen
