Help Desk Technician Job at Spartech
Spartech is an Independent Supplier of IT Hardware and Support Services for all IT Solutions. We are seeking a Help Desk Technician who is interested in working for a fast-paced and growing organization. The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for assisting customers with software problems, reviewing customer issues and identifying trends in order to implement system improvements.
Must have a teamwork mentality and be open to grow both technically and professionally. Regualr and reliable work attendance is essential!
Looking for both 1st shift technician (9AM-5PM) and 2nd shift technician (2PM-10PM) Overtime is available
This is an onsite job located in Dover, NJ
Primary Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, perform systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support as necessary
- Install and configure hardware and software
- Respond in timely manner to requests and issues
- Repair and replace equipment as needed
- Provide onsite and remote support to end users
- Set up new workstations for users (deploying equipment, checking over account setups)
- Resolve support tickets
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 Year of technical experince
- Excellent technical knowledge of PC hardware platforms
- Experince with Kaseya is preferred, but not neccessary
- Experience with Office 365
- Customer service mentality
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Reliable
- High attention to detail
- Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as needed
- Ability and willingness to work overtime when needed
- Ability and willingness to work in a high-pressure environment
- Ability and willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
- Ability and willingness to quickly learn new technology and software
- Self-motivated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
