What the Role Entails

Are you a tech savvy team player ready to assist in providing a safe and functional work environment for employees? If so, you might be a good fit for the Help Desk Technician position. The Help Desk Technician will serve as the first point of contact for the IT help desk and will provide support for staff across the organization by ensuring hardware and software is working properly and troubleshooting to resolve issues. They will assist in managing desktops, software applications, peripherals and other systems as needed.

What we're looking for

The Help Desk Technician will be the go-to person for day to day operational issues related to facilities and the touch point for the vendors who will be completing the work. The successful candidate will have associates degree in information technology or possess equivalent experience. They will have the ability to successfully install, configure, support and operate microcomputer systems hardware, software and peripheral hardware. The ideal candidate will also need the ability to solve malfunction problems of system hardware and software, the ability to make good decisions, and the ability to communicate well.
