Pattillo, Brown & Hill, L.L.P. is currently seeking an experienced Helpdesk Technician to join our growing IT team in our Waco, Texas office. We are searching for a new team member who possesses a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and marked troubleshooting abilities. The ideal candidate has prior helpdesk experience, knowledge of PC architecture, Windows 10, network and printer troubleshooting, and is comfortable with remote troubleshooting.

- Strong knowledge of PC architecture and Windows 10 operating system.
- Advanced knowledge of network and printer troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with end-users.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
- Comfort with remote troubleshooting.
- Respond to incoming support requests and provide technical assistance to end-users in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform independent research to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Resolve technical issues related to PCs, printers, and networks.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
- Document and track support requests, resolutions, and other activities in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide support after regular business hours.
- Assist with system and software upgrades and installations.
- Provide remote technical support to end-users as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. Certifications are a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
