Elder Achievers In Home Care & Assistance, a unique Boston based Senior Care/Human Services provider continues to expand our Associate Work Force.

We seek Male and Female workers

Supportive Home Care Aides (both tracks with training documentation), HHAs, CNAs, Personal Care Homemakers, Homemakers (With Training Documentation), and Companions to serve our Broad Metropolitan Boston Area Client Base (with a concentration in Jamaica Plain, Roslindale, West Roxbury, Hyde Park, Mattapan, Roxbury , South End, Allston, Brighton, Cambridge and Brookline).

Part Time to Full Time:

Day/Evening/Night/Weekend, and Medical Escort Hours available.

* Applicants must provide three references; pass CORI and DPH Registry checks; present a picture ID, any Certifications and Registrations, a recent Physical Exam, a PPD/Immunization Record (less than a year), and documentation of right to work (for I-9).
* A dependable insured vehicle is desirable with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
* We always seek workers with Bilingual ability

(multiple language abilities often needed and a desired plus)

* Ability to draw upon previous training to operate Hoyers and other equipment is desirable.
* Applicants may need to be adaptable/comfortable around pets that clients may have.

* Alzheimer's/Dementia Care
* LGBT Health Care
* Incontinence Care & Prevention
* Advocacy
* Human Services/Behavioral Health/Mental Health
* Respite Care
