Job Details:
- The Agency has clients in Clackamas, Washington & Multnomah County
- Full Time 35-40 Hours weekly
- Contracted with ODDS, Vocational Rehabilitation, Oregon Commission for the Blind, and Oregon Department of Disabilities
- 1:1 Supports $22.00 Hourly
- Group Community or Group ADL Supports $23.00 Hourly
- Job Coaching $25.00 Hourly

DSP Qualifications:
- Pass a criminal, driving, and CPS background check (CRIMS);

- Own a smartphone/tablet;

- Have reliable transportation and proof of insurance;
- Minimum of 100k/300k liability insurance;
- Patient and compassionate;
- Dependable, reliable, and committed;
- Problem Solver;
- Have solid life skills in order to teach life skills.
Progress into Employment Supports with Experience:
- Discovery & OCB $30.00
- VR & ODDS Employment Supports: $25.00
- OCB Personal Assist: $25.00
- We certify all qualified DSPs for Employment Supports.
