We’re expanding our ONSITE TEAM in Miramar and looking for passionate and talented individuals to join our Roadside Assistance program! Inktel is seeking experienced customer service professionals who are passionate about helping people get out of their unfortunate situations quickly and hassle-free.

You will be responsible for answering incoming calls from clients via phone to assist in dispatching them Roadside assistance such as towing service, flat tire assistance, tire delivery, gasoline, etc. You may be asked to use alternate communication methods including email, chat, and text. Training will be provided on client information and systems used.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide world-class customer service and a first-call resolution.
• Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner via phone. Agents may be asked to transition between communication channels at any time including email, text, and chat.
• De-escalating customers who are upset with their experience and ensure that we explore all options to satisfy their needs.
• Identify root cause of inquiries by asking probing questions to determine the best solution.
• Making our clients feel special by expressing our sense of urgency for their issue.
• Emit trust along with genuine care and attention.

• Computer knowledge/tech savviness is vital for this role! Quick learners on new systems/software required!
• Passionate about being helpful and problem solving.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written skills.
• Passionate about serving others and strong desire to take ownership of the customer interaction.
• Able to quickly navigate through multiple systems simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills & must have a “can do” attitude.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers, management, and peers.
• Customer service experience obtained in retail, hospitality or call center environment a minimum of 1 year is essential.
• 1+ years of call center experience is ideal.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!

• TRAINING SCHEDULE: MONDAY 4/17 – FRIDAY 4/21 from 9:00AM – 5:00PM (one week)
• Pay: $15/hr base plus performance pay
• Paid training: $13/hr for ONE week only
• Benefits: Paid Time Off, Paid Training, Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, matching 401(k), referral program.
• Available Schedules: Must be available to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 11:00am-8:30pm with Thursdays OFF and ONE weekend day OFF

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
